I had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the decoration was modern and stylish, yet it still had traditional wood colors that were pleasing. I particularly enjoyed the mountain views from my room and the fact that it was walking distance to the cable car and the center of the city.
No negative aspects.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in the mountains. The snow was beautiful, and we were close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the private and secure parking space, and the hotel's modern appearance was nice. Our room had its own kitchenette, which was convenient for making simple meals. The best part was the stunning mountain views from our window.
The hotel was quite overpriced. We paid a lot of money but didn't feel like we got our money's worth. Also, the temperature in our room was a bit difficult to regulate. Even though the heating was working alright, we would have liked a thermostat to adjust the temperature more accurately. we were a little disappointed with the value for money at this hotel.

The spa facilities were great for relaxation, especially after a day out. the restaurant food quality was decent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location made it easy to reach many nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the town's central area.
The rooms were overpriced, considering that the amenities weren't as luxurious as advertised. the room temperature was difficult to control and uncomfortable at times.

This modern and stylish family-run hotel is in an ideal location close to everything. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a cable car that takes you to a mountain chalet with entertainment options for kids. All rooms have excellent mountain views, and some rooms come with a kitchenette, which is perfect for making simple meals and refrigerating drinks and fruits. the service is friendly, and the private parking space is secure and comfortable.
Although the hotel heating was working just fine, a thermostat could help personalize the room temperature.
